Operations Team
The operations team implements strategic decisions on behalf of
the KDAAT Board. The team works to commission treatment services
that contribute to achieving shared goals and ensuring value for
money.
KDAAT partner Kent County Council hosts the Operations Team, who
form part of the Communities Directorate.
