Al-Anon Family Groups is a worldwide organisation for the relatives and friends of alcoholics.Regional meetings are held throught the UK.

Families Anonymous is a global organisation of relatives and friends of people involved in substance misuse, or with related behavioural problems. FA has groups, spread throughout the country, which meet regularly.
