Treatment journeys are as unique as the individual.
We ensure that a variety of treatment options are available
across Kent.
Adult treatment
Adults accessing treatment in the
UK will be screened and assessed using Model of Care (MOC) produced
by the NTA. This allows practitioners to determine the type in
intervention or treatment each individual requires.
Anyone who enters treatment
services will be assigned a keyworker, whose job is to get to know
service users and to make sure that they are getting the most
appropriate help.
This is a supportive partnership
and they may provide counselling, information and advice, in
addition to ensuring that all other workers involve the service
users treatment are working together. Key workers are also
responsible for service users care plans. If needed, care plans are
used to show an individual’s problems, what needs to be done and
who is responsible for what.
There are a range of treatment
options that can help service users overcome their dependency and
reach recovery.
